Who we are
We're a Jordanian family, and our mother is the heart of it. She has made makdous and pickled eggplant for the family and relatives for years, and everyone who tasted it came back for more.
How it started
Demand for mum's jars grew beyond gifting. We decided to share that taste with homes across Jordan, with the same recipe, the same ingredients and no shortcuts.
What we make
Eggplant makdous in olive oil, eggplant pickled in brine and other eggplant products, all in small batches so every jar meets our standard.
